Orders and Payments
My goal is to service all my customers with excellence. I desire that each transaction be a pleasant experience. Please keep in mind color shades may differ on computers. All attempts are made to ensure you have a good representation of exactly what the item looks like including size and fabrics. If unsure, please contact me before purchasing.
Payment is required when you place your order. CinJas accepts payments made through Credit or Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Shipping and Returns
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail for large orders. All orders, except bulk orders, will be shipped the next business day after payment verification. A delivery tracking number will be provided after shipping.
International customers, please email before purchase, for shipping fees. I would love to do business with you.
I delight in customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet your craftsmanship expectations, I will make every effort to correct the problem speedily. If returned (within 14 days), the item must be in its original, unused condition and I will refund your purchase price (minus shipping fees). The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. This rule does not apply to Wholesale Orders.
Wholesale Orders are non-refundable.
Wholesale orders begin at a minimum of 100 units.
Dimensions for lap scarves are approximately (26" x 26") or (29" x 29"). Dimensions for hankies are (18" x 18").
The wholesale discount is 50% of the total order, not including fees for shipping, insurance, and taxes.
Wholesale orders require a deposit of one-half (50%) of the cost of your items at the time your order is placed. The remaining balance of your order, plus fees for shipping, insurance, and applicable taxes are due before your order ships. No exceptions. The deposit for wholesale orders is Non-Refundable even if the final order is not accepted.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Typically your order will ship one to three days after payment verification. Larger orders and wholesale orders will take longer. You will be contacted with your estimated ship date.

Q: Do you accept orders for personalized embroidery on your lap scarves or hankies?
A: Embroidery services are not available at this time.
