Where Two Generations Meet
It is so, I love to sew! I have been sewing for many years and I am still excited about sewing - tote bags, purses, suits, quilts, camisoles, lap scarves, shirts, pants, gowns, hats - to name a few. If it can be sewn, I'll try it at least once.
The name CinJas is a hybrid of my name, Lucinda, and my granddaughter's name, Jasmine. My idea was to design and produce little girls' dresses. However, because of other obligations in my sewing business, the marketing of little girls' dresses was set aside.
In 1997, I started selling handmade lap scarves and handkerchiefs and CinJas was born. CinJas is the perfect name for a line of handmade items such as lap scarves, church hankies, totes, bags, and purses.
CinJas Lap Scarves and Church Hankies are designed for elegant ladies. Embellished with beautiful, wide lace trim and adorned with satin ribbon roses, lace rosettes, or rhinestones, available in satin or cotton in an array of colors.
CinJas Tote Bags and purses are offered for every taste. Although my bags and purses are classical designs, they are stylish and sturdy, constructed to carry any load. Whether you want to carry a few items to the movies, a bag of books from the library, or a load of groceries from the supermarket, you will find a tote bag or purse to meet your every need.
